By commissioning S&SDESIGNS to create a custom design, you affirm that any content, ideas, references, or materials you provide for the design do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
You also acknowledge and agree that:
S&SDESIGNS retains ownership of the original design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
S&SDESIGNS is not liable for any legal issues, claims, or damages arising from the use of the design, whether printed or distributed.
As the client, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that the design complies with copyright and trademark laws.
In the event of any claims or disputes regarding the design or materials provided, you, as the commissioning party, will assume all legal responsibility and costs.
By proceeding with your custom order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
